Age Range & Developmental Focus

Our Preschool Program is designed for children ages between 2.9 to 4.5 years, a time of incredible growth and curiosity as they prepare for the exciting transition to kindergarten. We focus on developing the whole child, nurturing their social-emotional skills, fostering their love of learning, and providing a strong foundation in early literacy, math, science, and the arts.

Curriculum & Approach

Our Preschool Program follows a play-based, child-centered approach that encourages exploration, creativity, and problem-solving. We provide a rich and stimulating environment filled with open-ended materials and activities that spark curiosity and invite discovery. Our curriculum is aligned with early learning standards and incorporates intentional teaching strategies to support each child's individual learning style and developmental needs.

Typical Daily Schedule

Arrival & Morning Meeting: Children start their day with a warm welcome, share their thoughts and feelings, and discuss the day's activities.

Free Choice Centers: Children have the opportunity to explore various learning centers, such as the art center, block center, dramatic play area, and science corner, fostering independent learning and decision-making.

Circle Time: We gather together for engaging songs, stories, and group discussions that promote language development, listening skills, and social interaction.

Outdoor Play: Weather permitting, we venture outside for active play, nature exploration, and games that promote gross motor skills and physical development.

Small Group Activities: Teachers lead small groups in targeted learning experiences that focus on literacy, math, science, and social-emotional skills.

Lunch & Rest Time: Children enjoy a nutritious lunch and have a designated quiet time for rest and relaxation.

Afternoon Enrichment: We offer a variety of afternoon activities, such as music, movement, cooking, or special projects, to further enrich children's learning experiences.

Departure & Family Connection: We provide parents with a daily summary of their child's activities and progress, and encourage open communication and collaboration.
